Its architecture, source code, model formulas, interface, mark, diagrams and synthetic fixtures were generated for this work. No original source files, pretrained weights, personal service URLs, datasets or screenshots were copied into this release. The uploaded instruction documents are not redistributed. This is an implementation-provenance statement, not a formal legal clean-room certification. Similar general concepts (electricity load, solar, price prediction and dashboards) are not evidence that the implementations are identical. The original archive had no visible license; it has not been relicensed. The direct request for maximum reuse freedom is implemented with **0BSD for new work**, rather than the attached repository guide's default MIT. Canonical text: https://opensource.org/license/0bsd . It permits use, modification and redistribution without an attribution condition; it does not warrant non-infringement or eliminate all possible rights. Legal and trademark review remains an operator responsibility for a public commercial launch. ## Runtime dependencies Third-party packages are installed separately and are not relicensed by this repository's LICENSE. `docs/release/dependencies.json` records the installed dependency closure and available license metadata in the verification environment. NumPy wheels can include separately licensed numerical libraries; preserve the complete notices accompanying the wheels you distribute. Python, system SQLite and timezone data also have their respective terms. The snapshot is an inventory, not a legal opinion, SBOM attestation or vulnerability scan. ## Data and model services The default simulation and generated example CSVs are original synthetic fixtures under 0BSD. User imports retain their owner/provider terms; the application records a user-supplied license label and source hash without validating ownership. Exports can contain that data and must not be redistributed automatically. OpenAI API credentials, service terms and output rights are separate from the application's source license. The optional Astra adapter does not imply OpenAI endorsement. A `store: false` request is not a promise of zero provider retention or a specific residency arrangement; verify your account's applicable service settings and terms. ## Identity and artwork The small geometric mark, diagram and application CSS are original. Screenshots show the actual new interface using synthetic test data. System fonts are referenced, not bundled. No font files, stock illustrations or copied interface assets are shipped. A web naming check found unrelated projects using the stem “Gridloom”; this release uses the more specific “GridLoom Europe” identity. It is not affiliated with those projects. The search was not trademark clearance and no globally exclusive name is claimed.
