The new application uses the Unlicense. Dependencies below retain their own terms and are installed separately; their source is not included in the application wheel. This inventory comes from the installed runtime distributions, not an assertion that every dependency is public domain. Retain upstream license/notice files whenever redistributing their packages or a container image.

The Python runtime and its standard library retain their own terms; SQLite has its separate public-domain provenance. Development tools (pytest, pytest-cov, coverage, Playwright, httpx2, packaging, PyYAML and setuptools) and browsers are not distributed inside the runtime wheel and retain their upstream licenses. The dependency inventory lists license file locations for review.

OpenAI API services, Astra model access, GitHub services and third-party trademarks are not licensed by this project. No model weights, proprietary source, original-upload assets or font files are distributed. Dependency licensing and vulnerability findings must be reviewed again against the exact resolved distributions in the release environment.
