# Provenance and rights boundary The new Threadmark source, prose, synthetic example assumptions, SVG mark, diagrams, CSS and JavaScript are offered under **CC0-1.0**. `LICENSE` contains the complete CC0 legal code, sourced from the system's canonical common-license copy and checked against the Creative Commons legal-code source listed in `docs/SOURCES.md`. The supplied LCOE materials were inspected to discover capabilities and risks. No original application source, vendor wheels, company branding, commercial provider data, AWS configuration, credentials, or uploaded prompt documents are included. This is independently written replacement code after source inspection, **not a formal legally separated clean-room process**, and not a claim of zero similarity. Public LCOE mathematics is described with sources rather than copied implementation. CC0 is a public-domain dedication with a fallback license where needed, not a worldwide warranty of ownership, non-infringement, patent clearance, or trademark availability. It applies only to rights the dedicating party can grant. A publishing owner should confirm the rights they can grant and approve the release. The user's specific request for a copyright-free replacement takes precedence over the prompt document's conditional MIT default; no original project license has been erased. No third-party runtime libraries or font files are redistributed. Python, SQLite as included with Python, the browser, optional developer tools, GitHub Actions and OpenAI services retain their respective terms. OpenAI/GPT/Astra names identify an optional service integration, not sponsorship or affiliation. API responses and user-imported data are not automatically covered by this repository's dedication. The `Threadmark` name is a working project identity. An exact-name web search was inconclusive; no trademark or repository-name clearance is represented.
