The app banner identifies React 19.2.8; versions of React DOM and Scheduler

Modernizr custom-build marker — MIT designation in upstream banner

one-line marker and no copyright line or full license terms. The v3.0.0
package metadata identifies the package as MIT-licensed and names Modernizr
as author. The bundled marker says "3.0.0pre (Custom Build)"; it does not
identify the custom build's source revision or establish that it is the
published v3.0.0 package. No copyright holder or year is inferred here.
