# Third-party and asset notices

The package preserves the notices accompanying supplied dependencies. This is not a new licence grant over the user's original project.

React packages were taken from the supplied archive; no version upgrade was performed. The offline builder includes only its approved production runtime modules. The larger vendor directory retains package files and attribution for reproducibility. The compiler is a build tool and is not part of the browser payload. The original Vite route and its lockfile are retained, but Vite execution was unavailable in this environment.

The app uses the operating system's fonts. No font files are distributed. Interface SVG geometry is retained/adapted from the supplied inline icon set; the app icon and layout styling are local code-generated assets, not copied website screenshots. Before/after screenshots depict the actual tested app.

Four MP3 prompts were synthesized locally from independent demonstration text using eSpeak/FFmpeg. They are labelled synthetic learning aids. Those tool executables are not distributed. tests/fixtures/capture.m4a is a generated 0.5-second sine tone used only in mocked recording tests; it is not a real person's voice.

No ETS assessment items, official audio, logo or score report is bundled. TOEFL and ETS names identify external context and do not imply sponsorship. Supplied content ownership claims have not been independently legally verified; editorial and rights review remain required before commercial distribution.
